Position Overview:
The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.
Work Location: This is an on-site role
Work Schedule:
Sunday-Wednesday 7am-5:30pm
Sunday-Wednesday 7pm-5:30am
Wednesday-Saturday 7am-5:30pm
Wednesday-Saturday 7pm-5:30am
Compensation/Benefits: Attractive annual salary of $70,000-$75,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
