You will set the tone for hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. As you move through the dining room, you will monitor cleanliness, address guest concerns, and support the front-of-house during busy periods. You will coach team members in real time, helping them grow and reinforcing Starbird's values. Throughout your shift, you will manage deployment, workflow, and operational routines, all while keeping a close eye on food quality, safety, and compliance.
