Are you a Packaging/Assembly looking for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, this position is for you!! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Packaging/Assembly to join their team! As a Packaging/Assembly you are responsible for getting bulk products packaged for shipment and doing some light assembly on our stock products. Serving our customers in this role means using your attention to detail skills while maintaining efficient pack rates to ensure customers get what they ordered; when they order it.
Responsibilities:
• Perform packaging and assembly production work.
• Operate miscellaneous production machines and equipment..
• Responsible for safe operation of assigned machines and equipment.
• Perform and meet all product quality control specifications.
• Accurate data and record keeping as required.
• Assist with work shift production duties as directed by Materials Control Supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and promote safety measures among co-workers. •Assist in other areas of the program as directed by the Materials Control Supervisor.
Requirements:
• Physical ability to lift 70 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Physical ability to work scheduled shift hours..
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with co-workers on the production line.
• Ability to meet daily work shift production quota.
• Positive attitude and desire to work.
