The Business Analyst in the Sales Ops team will work to improve sales processes, ensure data integrity, and identify opportunity for tool/system automation. Outcomes, such as increasing sales process efficiencies, increase speed of quote to cash, and ensure scalability across all the entire sales process, are how to measure success. This position requires an individual with a strong background in process improvement and ability to deliver significant business results in a timely fashion while using the appropriate project management tools to plan, guide, monitor, and document project activities. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute to a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned:

  • Evaluate and refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness
  • Lead and execute on efforts to produce documentation related to processes and system information which may include: Sales stages and sales processes, sale stage acceptance criteria, Salesforce technical requirements, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, high-level test cases, requirements traceability matrices, flow charts, wireframes/mockups, user stories, and use case documentation.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales operations and streamline sales cycles
  • Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in the sales process and develop solutions to address them
  • Works across teams and organizations on a global scale to drive process improvements, implement solutions, and reduce process waste
  • Drive and implement business transformation strategies and plans for internal clients to drive financial and operational improvements.
  • Applies analysis of business systems and software solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes for both current and future business needs.
  • Develop and strengthen cross functional partnerships in order to complete team and company objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum four years of experience in Sales Operations or Operations Analysis or Process Improvement functions
  • Understanding of systems integrations and implementation
  • Ability to execute on deliverables efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analytics, information systems, or a similar technical degree. or equivalent professional experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Tableau
  • Prior experience in a data center or real estate environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Highly analytical
  • Self-directed and driven to accomplish goals and meet deadlines comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving experience
  • Self-starter, positive, team-oriented outlook, enjoy working across functional boundaries, with a high energy level.
