Create presentations and reporting materials that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Improve reporting processes, analytics workflows, and data collection practices to support better business visibility and decision-making. Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Profile Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. 3+ years of experience supporting data analysis, operations analytics, manufacturing analytics, supply chain analytics, quality analytics, industrial engineering, or related business functions. Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, planning, quality, customer operations, or other operational environments.
