The Dave Knight Real Estate Team is looking for a Listing Manager who operates with care, urgency, precision, and full ownership. Someone who relieves stress for clients while driving the pre-market process forward at a high level.
In this role, you will manage the listing journey from signed agreement to debut on the market, serving as the primary point of contact for sellers. You will oversee timelines, vendors, marketing preparation, and communication, ensuring every step is handled seamlessly and every client feels supported.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple listings at once without ever sacrificing the quality of service or the client experience.
Compensation
- Expected End-of-Year Earnings: $80,000 – $95,000

Compensation:$80,000 – $95,000 DOE
Responsibilities:- Manage the full pre-market listing process from signed agreement through market debut
- Input and maintain accurate listing data in the MLS
- Prepare and review disclosures, city-specific requirements, and all necessary documentation with clients
- Gather all pre-listing notes and photo documentation about the property, including systems, features, upgrades, history, etc.
- Project manage all vendors, ensuring efficient scheduling, quality of work, and alignment with client expectations; take ownership and problem-solve as needed
- Pay vendors using the company checkbook, Zelle account, and credit card, and maintain a meticulous reimbursement file
- Coordinate all property preparation, including staging, cleaning, photography, and marketing timelines
- Coordinate showing availability and open house times with clients of occupied listings
- Communicate consistently with sellers to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
- Execute marketing plans for each listing, including digital and social media components
- Collaborate with team listing agents to ensure listings are prepared effectively for the market
- Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and processes
- Support database management and ensure all client information is up to date
- Assist with team events, client appreciation initiatives, and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
- Active California real estate license required, or willingness to obtain one immediately upon hire
- Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, title, or mortgage is a strong plus
- The majority of this role is field-based; must be comfortable spending significant time outside the office managing properties, vendors, and on-site responsibilities, and have reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms (CRM systems, MLS, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
