The Bower plaza in the Fenway is home to three concepts from ES Hospitality – Eastern Standard, reopened after 15 years in Kenmore Square, Equal Measure, a craft cocktail bar, and Standard Italian, a modern Italian restaurant. These concepts, helmed by Garrett Harker, serve brunch, lunch, dinner, and late-night drinks to neighborhood visitors, BU students and faculty, residents, and restaurant industry professionals alike. Garrett is joined by Beverage Director Jackson Cannon and Culinary Director Brian Rae in the operation of these concepts.
About The Position:
Eastern Standard is seeking Servers who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, remain constantly curious about all things food & beverage and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a server you’ll be on the front line representing Eastern Standard and the ES Hospitality brand. You’ll be responsible for selling and serving food and beverages to guests in a kind and professional manner, providing a memorable dining experience, and ensuring repeat business. You will also have the opportunity to work a variety of private and restaurant sponsored events. We love to throw a party at ES! We are proud of the level of hospitality and culture of education we’ve always been known for. As a server at ES you will have the opportunity to continue to learn and grow professionally alongside colleagues that take pride in what they do.
The Fenway neighborhood is a continuously evolving and exciting community buzzing with residents, professions, students, baseball fans and concert goers. This is your chance to see what all the fuss is about as a member of a restaurant group with an iconic reputation.
In order to be successful in this role you must:

$25-$45 / hour
