Job Title: Procurement Agent
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team’s procurement and supply chain activities. Our focus is on ensuring effective contract management and supplier performance across strategic programs.

Responsibilities:

Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting approaches.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions, and prepare and execute binding agreements.
Manage supply and demand schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance, including risk, issues, and opportunities.
Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities, ensuring results are incorporated into contracting strategies.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or business operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Successful completion of training, either on-the-job or formal classroom, is required; credit check must be passed as a contingency for this assignment.
