About the Role:
Join the South Shore Gymnastics Academy team as an Experienced Gymnastics Class Instructor for Saturday Mornings! We are looking for passionate individuals to inspire and teach young gymnasts in a fun and safe environment. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and also supplement your income. More hours and responsibility could be available for an applicant, if desired.

Responsibilities:

Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children of various skill levels.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym equipment and facilities.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching.
Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for working with children and fostering their love for gymnastics.
Flexible and reliable, with availability on Saturday mornings. More hours are available for the right individual.
Background check clearance required.
