Family and Community Engagement:
· Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication regarding their child's progress and school activities.
· Foster a sense of community by organizing school events, family involvement activities, and outreach initiatives.
Enrollment and Growth:
· Lead efforts to grow student enrollment, conduct tours, and promote the benefits of our curriculum.
· Develop strategies to retain qualified staff and build lasting relationships with families.
