Key Responsibilities

Caregiver Support & Program Operations (60%)

• Oversee daily operations of the Caregiver Clubhouse and respite services, including scheduling, workshops, trainings, wellness programs, and peer support activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers seeking support, referrals, and resources.
• Develop and implement caregiver-focused programs, support groups, and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor caregiver engagement, identify needs, and provide appropriate follow-up and communication.
• Collaborate with the communications team and Program Director on program messaging, descriptions, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate caregiver education and skill-building sessions with internal team members and community partners.
• Maintain strong communication with caregivers, volunteers, and program staff to nurture an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Oversee menu planning, food shopping, and meal preparation for program activities.

Safety & Compliance (20%)

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all program participants and volunteers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant program environment in accordance with agency and legal standards.

Administrative Responsibilities (15%)

• Maintain accurate program, attendance, and fiscal records; prepare required reports.
• Integrate performance measurement practices into program planning and volunteer engagement.
• Attend relevant trainings, meetings, and conferences as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train program staff and volunteers.
• Schedule and assign work to employees and volunteers, ensuring successful follow-through.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and supervision.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Manage disciplinary processes and recommend terminations in alignment with agency policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
