Do you possess flexibility, proactivity, approachability, a knack for problem-solving, and a good sense of humor? If so, you've found the right place! Wood Rodgers, a leading engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Communications Department. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that desires to actively collaborate and contribute to our growing team. This is a staffed, hourly, non-exempt position.

  • Coordinate and produce marketing collateral for internal and external use, including print and digital materials such as proposal graphics, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to translate complex technical information into clear, professional, and on-brand visual content.
  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for engineering projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all marketing deliverables.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including photographers, printers, promotional vendors, and consultants, as well as collaborating with industry partners such as subconsultants and contractors.
  • Coordinate award submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain CRM data, content libraries, and marketing assets, including prior proposals, templates, boilerplates, visuals, mailing lists, and client information.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings, including all related marketing materials and logistics.
  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, with three or more years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles, with creative writing skills considered a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and responsive to changing priorities.

A note on hourly pay ranges The range does not reflect geographic variations and may fluctuate above or below the stated amount. Offers will be based on several factors, including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, training, and location. Base pay is just one part of the comprehensive compensation package offered by Wood Rodgers. If you feel you meet the requirements but may be outside of the pay range, please apply anyway and let's talk through it.
