Description & Requirements
Maximus is currently hiring a Sr Business Analyst to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) Program. This is a remote opportunity. The Sr Business Analyst is responsible for applying advanced business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies and lead business process modernization projects. This role assists in activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk assessments, and performance measurement techniques to optimize organizational efficiency. The Sr Business Analyst will help establish standards for information systems procedures, develop solutions to complex problems, and design organization-wide information models for integrated software and database systems, including data warehouses. Additionally, this position ensures adherence to Information Management guiding principles, cost-saving strategies, and open system architecture objectives.
Due to contract requirements, only US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Apply business process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies / principles and business process modernization projects.
- Assist in the application of activity and data modeling, transaction flow analysis, internal control and risk analysis, modern business methods, and performance measurement techniques.
- Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Develop and apply organization-wide information models for use in designing and building integrated shared software and database management systems and data warehouses.
- Follow Information Management guiding principles, cost savings, and open system architecture objectives.
- Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Co. will provide all necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfil the duties of your role. New hires will not be exempt from using company provided equipment.

Pay Transparency
