Required Qualifications
Proven experience in program management, managing large scale A/B testing, digital optimization and experimentation programs at scale using Adobe Target.
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, MVT, and dynamic optimization concepts.
Experience working across web, email, and digital marketing channels.
Experimentation roadmap and execution plan
Test intake, prioritization, and specification documents
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross functional programs in a global environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Ongoing program status reports and stakeholder updates
Governance standards, workflows, and best practice guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise experimentation platforms (web, email, or personalization tools).
Background in digital marketing, product optimization, or data driven decision making.
Familiarity with agile delivery models and experimentation driven product teams.
Ability to translate analytical outcomes into clear business recommendations.
