Position Description:
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Work Location: Substance Abuse Center

To oversee the day-to-functions of the treatment program, including services provided at satellite locations. To provide ongoing training to existing and new clinical staff. To facilitate clinical staff meetings according to schedule outlined in BATC policy and procedures. To act as the designated backup for the clinical director in his/her absence.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health, Social Work or related Human Services field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Currently licensed as a(n) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling (ABEC), currently licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners, currently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Marriage and Family Therapy or currently licensed as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners required.
