Infosys is seeking a Sr. Program Manager. A visionary leader responsible for driving transformation and service delivery programs by establishing integrated delivery & governance for the leading global clients. The successful Program Manager will manage client’s goals, help maximize service availability and ensure high client and end user satisfaction, encompassing Service Excellence, Automation, Customer Experience, Service Delivery, and Operations.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA or willing to relocate to the area.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.22+ years of relevant experience with majority in Information Technology programs12+ years of relevant experience in managing large complex programs in any one of the industry verticals.Experience of managing senior stakeholders and complex eco system including external partnersExcellent team management abilitiesEffective communication and team leaderAbility to travel extensively.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
