The Disney+ Global Content Programming team is responsible for content planning, scheduling, on-service merchandising, slate management, and programming insights—all focused on delivering a cohesive, strategic content experience for our viewers.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Manager, Content Programming, Disney’s DTC team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Content Programming Associate Manager to support our streaming business and editorial priorities, with a strong focus on driving Disney+ KPIs and audience engagement across both Disney+ and Hulu.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of Content Programmers to plan, execute, and optimize dynamic on-platform campaigns and promotions that resonate with our audiences. You’ll leverage content management systems alongside visualization and project management tools to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about growth, brings a broad understanding of television, film, and pop culture, and has a sharp eye for emerging trends. If you’re curious, decisive, adaptable, and eager to make a meaningful impact, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

Join us and help shape the future of Disney’s innovative streaming landscape!

Responsibilities

  • Program, test, and optimize content curations across Disney+ and Hulu to support viewer needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to the ideation, planning, tracking, and communication of title-level campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and successful execution.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of clear planning and programming documentation to promote transparency, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes and workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner closely with team members on ad-hoc projects, editorial initiatives, and programming strategies.
  • Troubleshoot creative asset issues with partners, standards and practices, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage title prioritization and targeting strategies using audience segmentation and personalization tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, including upsell opportunities, to identify areas for optimization and maximize impact.
  • Partner with insights, data, and analytics teams to design experiments, gather actionable data, and measure campaign success to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in content programming, curation, product management, audience development, or streaming television.
  • Experience using data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Excel.
  • Experience with Airtable, including automations, formulas, and Interface builds to efficiently manage and organize data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to large groups or executive audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of proactive initiative and follow-through across multiple projects.
  • Fast learner with strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, shift priorities as needed and remain composed under pressure.
  • Experience supporting audience growth across digital platforms.
  • Genuine passion for television and film, with strong interest in industry trends and content evolution.
  • Flexibility to cover evening and weekend programming events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working as part of a global team, including coordinating with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones to address requests, resolve issues, and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Streaming TV industry experience is a plus.

Required Education
