Production Coordinator
Coreslab Structures (Tulsa) Inc. is now accepting qualified applications for Production Coordinator at our Prestress Concrete manufacturing plant in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Position Purpose
Production Coordinator is responsible for leading production crews to meet efficiency, quality, and safety goals within a prestressed concrete manufacturing environment. This role oversees multiple foremen and crews, ensures work is completed within established hours, and maintains high-quality standards while supporting employee development and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead production teams to complete work within established hours.
- Assign daily work tasks to foremen and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing education and development for existing team members.
- Track and maintain daily efficiency and production output records.
- Ensure assigned work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Oversee a minimum of two (2) foremen and their respective crews.
- Administer employee discipline as required in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills / Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in using tape measures and standard production tools.
- Strong recordkeeping skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
- Understanding of prestressing processes and safety requirements.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge Requirements
- Strong understanding of production efficiency and workflow optimization.
- Working knowledge of all tooling used in prestressed concrete production.
- Knowledge of formwork systems and prestressing operations.
Education / Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred.
- First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred)
- OSHA 10 (preferred)
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Frequent climbing and use of ladders.
- Repetitive motion activities.
- Exposure to chemicals, heat, cold, and outdoor working conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.
Schedule & Employment Type
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: [Day shift / Monday–Friday / Saturdays and overtime as required]
- Pay: Based on experience and qualifications
