Procurement Coordinator DP World Moreno Valley, CA Pay Range: $27.35-30.38 Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? DP World is seeking a procurement coordinator to support a fast-paced warehouse operation by ensuring materials, supplies, equipment, and services are available when needed to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing vendor relationships, tracking purchase orders, and supporting operational success through strong planning and coordination.

What You'll Do

Create, track, and manage purchase orders for warehouse supplies and operational needs
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchasing documentation
Partner with operations, inventory control, finance, and maintenance teams to identify purchasing requirements
Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies
Support cost-control initiatives and vendor performance tracking
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
Assist with supplier onboarding and vendor relationship management
Generate procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing data

What We're Looking For

Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems
Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or other procurement systems
Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes
Experience supporting Amazon, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution operations preferred
Continuous improvement or lean experience is a plus
