Qualifications
U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR restrictions. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferrable. 5- 10 years of experience in a quality function. CQE certification preferable. Experience in GD&T, problem analysis, customer/supplier interfacing. Strong organizational and communication skills.
What your background should look like
• Conduct PPAPs and AS9102 B FAIs for product development.
• Prepare MSAs and reliability studies for testing equipment.
• Lead Cross Functional Teams in RCCA.
• Update documentation and prepare corrective plans in response to quality issues.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Direct engineers and technicians in problem resolution.
• Develop inspection plans for components by interpreting engineering drawings.
