Senior Quantitative Analyst [Sr. Financial Analyst]
SUMMARY:
The company offers a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. As a Senior Quantitative Analyst at firm, financial models include but are not limited to proforma capitalizations, liquidation waterfalls, merger consideration spreadsheets, voting models, and IPO S-1 models. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials as well as mentoring and training our team of analysts and associates so they can provide modeling assistance as the need arises, while accomplishing these and other critical functions:
1. Do you have experience developing proforma capitalization models?
2. Do you have experience with liquidation waterfalls?
3.Do you have experience with merger considerations?
4. Do you have experience with IPO S-1 models?
