Qualifications

  • Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one—we will assist with licensing fees).

  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience (previous sales experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • A strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.

Job Details:

  • Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
