Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
10 years of Experience in Salesforce Product Manager/Owner
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Salesforce initiatives.
Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development.
Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Monitor platform performance, adoption, and user satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
Stay informed of Salesforce platform updates and new features; assess their impact and value.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Manage integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, support tools).
