Are you ready to launch your career to the next level? Join our mission-focused team, where we value technical excellence, collaboration, and agility. We’re the world’s leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the US Department of Defense.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) aligned with contractual, proposal, and cross‑functional inputs.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and functional teams to load resources and material costs into the IMS.
  • Establish schedule baselines; track performance and support schedule variance analysis using labor, cost, and material data.
  • Monitor and report IMS health to internal leadership and external customers.
  • Update task status with program teams and support schedule mitigation and return‑to‑green planning.
  • Provide schedule and resource inputs for ETC, EAC, and earned value (EV) reporting.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in program scheduling and Microsoft Project.
  • Manage and maintain schedules across multiple programs simultaneously.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of IMS scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Strong expertise in PASEG‑compliant scheduling, project management methodologies, and WBS development.
  • Experience with IMS analysis tools (e.g., SSI preferred) and schedule/status reporting using MS Office.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence at all levels, communicate effectively, and deliver results in a deadline‑driven environment with high ethical standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or experience in lieu of degree
  • Project Management and/or Earned Value Management Certification preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing project schedules, with a strong focus on implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and metrics.
  • US citizenship due to access restrictions.

What We Offer:
