Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. As a Security Agent, you will be required to monitor and patrol premises, respond to alarms and emergencies, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular security checks to identify and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors with their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents, and report any unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services in case of any security-related incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or damages.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
