Job description

Job Title

Responsibilities include day-to-day management of closed area construction projects working closely with Raytheon Facility Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders as well as government agencies. Ensuring closed area construction is compliant with applicable standards.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct assessments of existing space to determine security vulnerabilities
  • Assist in the design of modifications to ensure compliance, and providing other site security management responsibilities.
  • Create physical assessment documents, compliance documents, photographic records of construction progress and final accreditation packages.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb ladders
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel on company business

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point) and other web-based computer programs
  • Experience working with ICD/ICS 705 processes and construction standards
  • Experience working with NISPOM processes and construction standardsKnowledge of building construction materials, standards, and practices
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability to prioritize, schedule and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives both within an individual and team environment
  • Possess excellent writing, verbal, organizational and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to develop solutions for issues of moderate complexity and scope
