Step into a leadership role that truly matters. Bend Treatment Center is seeking a Program Director to guide impactful client care while working alongside a committed team grounded in empathy and integrity.

$80k- $100k Depending on Experience

Sign on Bonus $5,000

Relocation Assistance Provided!

Will support both the Bend/Redmond locations

Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Are you excited about this Program Director job?

  • Will lead the daily operations of our opiate treatment program, directly supervise staff and driving exceptional performance across key areas such as operations, compliance, and customer service.
  • Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services.
  • Your role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.
  • Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility.
  • Additionally, you'll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III)
    • 5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience
    • Or 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
    • Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
    • Current driver's license
