Job Description

Do you have a passion for hunting advanced persistent threat actors? We are looking for a Senior Principal Defensive Engineer with experience in reverse engineering , computer forensics and nation state malware analysis/response. As a Senior Principal Defensive Engineer, you will work collaboratively with other engineers in the Threat Operations, Detections & Analysis (TODA) team to extend and support our in-house threat hunting capabilities. We value self-initiated software engineers who have a passion to learn, build and engage in advanced threat hunting initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a member of our team you will work with other team members to further develop an in-house threat hunting capability to improve our ability to identify, contain and preempt attacks by advanced threat actors. You will be collaborating with engineers based in Australia, UK and the United States.

Your responsibilities include leading and contributing to the design, implementation, integration and hands-on activities involving data-centers, servers and client systems.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
