Strong communication skills both within engineering and to other teams in the company. 5+ years of backend development experience. Technical Expertise : Programming Proficiency : Expertise in backend systems and infrastructure with an emphasis on Typescript & NodeJS. Cloud Infrastructure : Proven experience with Cloud infrastructure management and Serverless applications, specifically in managing performance, observability, and scalability. Databases : Experience with PostgresSQL (or other relational databases). Security Principles : Understanding of embedded security practices and encryption methodologies. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. The annual salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision) Flexible PTO Location : Remote, US or Canada. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a backend and database focus to help build, update, and maintain our ecosystem. You will drive innovation, ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies, and deliver software that meets the highest standards of quality and performance across the lifecycle of all of Inspiren's devices and platforms.
