Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAY What You'll Do:-Lead complex systems analysis, application design, and development efforts, serving as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor on major projects.-Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, effective solutions, including detailed technical and functional specifications, project estimates, and technical project plans.-Guide and coordinate development activities across project teams, providing technical direction, mentoring, and oversight to less experienced professionals.-Collaborate with development, operations, technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors throughout the full development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, debugging, and user acceptance.-Evaluate existing applications, technologies, processes, and vendor solutions to identify opportunities for improved performance, efficiency, innovation, and risk management. What You'll Bring:-High School Diploma or GED-Minimum 6 years of experience in analysis/application development.-Minimum 6 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units. -Minimum 6 years of experience in recommending and implementing system solutions.-Minimum 6 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.-Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced SQL development, data modeling, query tuning, indexing, procedures, troubleshooting-Minimum 6 years of experience in Liquibase database change management, versioning, rollback, CI/CD, deployment automation-Minimum 6 years of experience in Azure SQL, Java, Spring Boot, JDBC/JPA, secure integration, migration, mentoring What Sets You Apart:-Associate Degree-Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.-Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.-Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.-Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.-Excellent organizational and time management skills.-Detail-oriented.-Strong lateral thinking skills.-Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.-Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.-Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.-Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.-Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.-Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.-Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
