Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with emerging technologies and platforms relevant to federal healthcare such as high-performance computing, FAIR data practices, data sharing architectures, cloud-native scientific tools, cybersecurity frameworks, and AI/ML enablement
  • Experience with business growth at healthcare agencies through technical leadership that advances competitive positioning, supports new contract awards, and strengthens delivery
  • Knowledge of federal healthcare missions, research priorities, data ecosystems such as scientific data repositories and cloud-based research platforms, and technology modernization initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with company healthcare account leaders to formalize technical strategies, capture approaches, architectural assessments, and investment recommendations aligned to federal healthcare priorities
  • Ability to drive competitive technical solutioning, negotiate teaming arrangements, and communicate a compelling architectural approach during capture and proposal activities
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to scientific, clinical, and IT audiences
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills
