Optum is implementing our Enterprise Data Warehouse & Analytics solution for the State of Connecticut. We have a 20-month implementation to implement the solution, including all the operational, State, and Federal reporting requirements to meet the State's needs.
16. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate you're looking for.
Top 3 skills, plus direct experience supporting a Medicaid contract with direct experience creating and mapping State and Federal reporting (MARS and/or T-MSIS)

The implementation team is a matrixed organiziation with a PMO leading the project and several front-line functional managers over major project areas. This position will report into the State and Federal Reporting Manager for their day-to-day responsibilities.
