CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Dealer Support Administrator to join our team in the Cypress, CA area! This role plays an important part in supporting dealer operations by resolving inquiries, maintaining accurate dealer records, and ensuring smooth processing of dealer related activities. The Administrator works closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen dealer relationships and support overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Process bank change requests, research ACH/NOC issues, and set up bank information for new dealer accounts. Support internal departments by researching dealer transaction issues, updating system records, and communicating resolutions to dealers. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to dealer contacts, ensuring a positive customer experience. Update and maintain dealer information for new and existing accounts. Conduct ad hoc research, gather and analyze data, summarize findings, and communicate results clearly. Assist with onboarding, training, and orientation for new dealers as needed. Perform additional duties related to dealer support and operational needs.
Desired Background/Skills:
Associate degree required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or a related field is preferred. One to two years of experience in sales support, dealer support, customer service, call center operations, or a related administrative role. Experience in industries involving dealer networks or product distribution is helpful but not required. Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond with a sense of urgency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work flexible hours or overtime based on business needs.
