Overview

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate machines for production runs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine equipment troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Utilize mechanical troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair machinery as needed.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
  • Strong equipment troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to set up machines for production runs effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
