Job Description : (W2 only)*Our Oil and Gas client was originally seeking an M356 resource but they are moving an internal resource up into this role, so they are now looking to "backfill" that resource who joined with a "jack of all trades" skillset. Ideally the person has a mid-level Systems Admin skillset with mid / senior level AD and / or Azure AD experience. Looking for someone who is eager to work with a new up and coming Oil and Gas company! Company is based out of the UK but recently expanded to the US and is building out there team in the Denver area.
- 6 Month Contract to Hire* (could extend before conversion) (need to be local to Denver metro area)
- Hybrid Schedule* (expect this individual to come onsite 100% until training and feet are wet then revert to a hybrid schedule)
The person will be responsible for troubleshooting all / most infrastructure issues that arise. Since the company is in "start up" mode they need to be willing to pitch in wherever necessary - hardware, networking, etc.

- Additional Skills & Qualifications : *
Any of the below would be a bonus, but are not necessary :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Administrator, preferably in a medium to large-scale environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory concepts, including user and group management, Group Policy, and directory synchronization.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Experience with identity management technologies such as Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards related to Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
