Whether your passion lies in IM Outpatient education or Academic Hospitalist medicine, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring the next generation of physicians while delivering high-quality care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
Serve as a preceptor and mentor to Internal Medicine residents-guiding clinical decision-making and professional development
Participate in curriculum design, didactic instruction, scholarly activity, and committee work
Weekly protected administrative time for academic responsibilities
Be part of a culture of excellence, collegiality, and continuous improvement
Focus on medically underserved populations with complex and diverse health needs
Program Overview:
ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
Innovative 6-week inpatient / 2-week outpatient block rotation model
State-of-the-art Simulation Center for advanced procedural and clinical training
Integrated EPIC EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings
