Technical program manager h1.location_city

Insight Global is hiring for a Program Manager to sit 2x a week onsite in Denver, CO for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be helping to run the programs and projects specifically around mobile devices. A current program this team is working on is reskinning the images that are displayed when a customer looks at their mobile device which involves working cross functionally with UI/UX, legal and product teams. Another major project is backend facing, where they are migrating their infrastructure that supports all of mobile, where they are working with solutions architects, backend developers and engineers. This Program Manager will be in charge of preparing status updates, tracking, budgeting, identifying areas of risk and reporting on the program roadmap. On a day-to-day, about 65% of their time will be spent planning/implementing status updates and roadmaps and working with internal teams, 20% meeting with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, and 15% identifying and monitoring areas of risk and improvements. This role is an ongoing contract and pays $57.50-60hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Program Management Experience with a background in Project Management
• Experience coordinating and communicating with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to present and provide project updates at the leadership & executive level
• Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
• Ability to take ownership and know when to escalate things
• Project Management Tools: Smartsheet's and Jira
