We're a Fort Lauderdale marina dedicated to delivering unparalleled service, safety, and professionalism on the water. We're seeking a seasoned Safety & Technical Repair Trainer to elevate our team's expertise and ensure top-tier performance in vessel safety and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging safety training sessions covering OSHA, EPA, and marina-specific protocols.
- Deliver hands-on technical instruction for marine engine systems , electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, and vessel safety gear.
- Develop comprehensive training materials : manuals, checklists, video tutorials.
- Assess trainee performance; certify safety compliance and technical proficiency.
- Perform regular safety audits of marina areas, docks, and equipment.
- Respond to technical inquiries, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate service.
- Update training content to reflect regulations and industry best practices.
