Role Purpose
The Learning and Development Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that build the skills, confidence, and performance of employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and EHS to ensure training aligns with production needs, safety standards, and compliance requirements. The trainer will facilitate both classroom and hands-on training, assess skill gaps, maintain accurate training documentation, and support the development of job aids, SOPs, and internal certification programs. This position plays a key role in strengthening workforce capability and fostering a culture of continuous learning on the production floor.

This position will work a D-Shift Schedule. Candidates must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday (6am - 6pm).

This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $69,478.00 - $95,533.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
