About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on User Acquisition with product innovation.

You'll own end-to-end UA for a portfolio of customers while partnering closely with Product and Engineering to build AI agents and automation that redefine how performance marketing is executed. Your day will be split between operating campaigns, advising customers, and helping design the tools that will eventually automate much of the work you do today.

This role is ideal for someone who has personally owned the entire UA lifecycle and wants to influence the next generation of AI-powered marketing products.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end User Acquisition strategy and execution for customer accounts from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
• Develop growth strategies aligned with customer revenue, ROAS, CAC, and profitability goals.
• Define creative strategy, generate creative concepts, and partner with designers or AI tools to produce high-performing assets.
• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other acquisition channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, communicate results to customers, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as their strategic UA partner.
• Support the sales process by participating in customer presentations, product demos, and strategy discussions with prospective customers.
• Help onboard new customers and contribute to growing the business.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to design AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation for UA.
• Test new AI tools, provide structured feedback, and help prioritize product improvements.
• Validate new features using real customer campaigns and translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Help define best practices that enable UA to scale through AI while maintaining performance and quality.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile User Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience owning the entire UA lifecycle, from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets across multiple acquisition channels.
• Deep expertise with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and mobile measurement.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business problems into product requirements.
• Passion for AI and excitement about building products that automate marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
• Self-starter who enjoys operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

• Agency experience managing multiple customer accounts.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, MMPs, or mobile app marketing.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience evaluating AI products, prompt engineering, or marketing automation tools.
• Experience launching or scaling AI-enabled marketing workflows.
