Join us at Meraki Greek Bistro, where passion meets flavor! We are currently seeking a full-time Restaurant Line Cook to be part of our dynamic culinary team in the heart of Miami, FL.

Fair pay: With a competitive pay range of $16 - $19 per hour based on experience
Reasonable hours: As a Restaurant Line Cook, your schedule will vary but typically includes shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend hours will be required depending on the business needs, with operations running from 11 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. Additionally, there is a possibility to work extra hours at our other locations in Coconut Grove and Miami Beach for those interested.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY:
As a Restaurant Line Cook, you will step into a lively kitchen environment each day, preparing, cooking, and plating a variety of authentic Greek dishes that delight our guests. You will work closely with the head chef, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. As you navigate the fast-paced kitchen, you will multitask efficiently, handling multiple orders while maintaining proper cooking temperatures and techniques. Personal hygiene and cleanliness will be paramount in your daily routine. You will also engage with your teammates, fostering a collaborative spirit as you all strive to create memorable dining experiences.
