You'll help residents navigate challenges, access services, and participate in programs that strengthen both individual outcomes and the broader community. This role is ideal for someone who is people-centered, resourceful, and energized by working in community.

Compensation Hourly Range: $24.00 $28.00 DOE Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and internal equity. EBALDC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

  • Track participation, maintain documentation, and support reporting
  • Partner with Property Management and community providers

A Day in the Life You'll check in with residents, coordinate programs, and connect people to resources. Some days include hosting wellness activities or community events; others focus on follow-ups, documentation, and planning. Every day centers on building trust and supporting residents to thrive.

  • Experience working with diverse communities; seniors or affordable housing preferred
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (required)
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Work Environment Onsite at an EBALDC property Regular resident interaction; occasional evenings/weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with public benefits and community resource systems

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
  • Ability to move throughout the property and community spaces as needed
