Job Title: Reliability Engineer Location: On-site - Arlington, TXEmployment Type: Direct HireIndustry: Defense & AerospaceCompensation: $111k - $125k Schedule: 9x80, 1st shift About the Opportunity:The responsibility of the Reliability Engineer is to evaluate system design for reliability, maintainability, supportability, and system safety, and make recommendations for improvement where deficiencies are found. Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAY What You'll Bring:-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences. -5+ years of direct Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) experience. What Sets You Apart:-Advanced knowledge of Reliability, Maintainability, or System Safety principles with a strong focus on hardware systems.-Proven ability to interpret technical requirements from specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs).-Working knowledge of logistics disciplines such as provisioning, technical manuals, and training development.-Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, parts lists, and system documentation.-Strong technical writing and communication skills, with experience using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe tools, CAD software, and military standards is a plus.
