Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Analyze sales, pricing, and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that support revenue growth and optimize advertising yield.
- Respond to pre-sale pricing requests by providing media math, pricing recommendations, and guidance that aligns advertiser objectives with company business rules.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Client Success teams to ensure pricing processes, rate cards, and workflows support competitive, profitable deals.
- Review insertion orders and media plans during the approval process to identify potential risks, ensure proper inventory reservation, and maintain healthy yield management practices.
- Monitor campaign performance from pre-sale through post-sale, identifying revenue-at-risk and partnering with Campaign Management and Client Success teams to resolve delivery challenges.
- Partner with Finance to balance operational insights with financial reporting needs, providing recommendations that support informed business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards using key data sources, including Salesforce, AdPoint, Google Ad Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across Revenue Operations, helping drive strategic discussions and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
- 1+ years of experience in advertising yield, pricing, analytics, or a related field, with media or digital advertising experience preferred.
- Experience building media plans and supporting digital advertising campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising, web analytics, audience measurement, and programmatic buying channels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and reporting or business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdPoint, or similar order management systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- This role is based in New York and follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of four days per week in the office.

The base salary range for this role is $66,000$80,000. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
