Crestron’s firmware team is looking for a talented and self-motivated engineer with strong embedded system knowledge and firmware development experience who can apply his / her expertise in embedded system's firmware design, development, and support for our next generation video streaming systems. As a member of the firmware development team, your daily activities will include the full life-cycle of design, develop, modify, test, debug, and support the new as well as the existing firmware for all our streaming products.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Acts as a development / programming resource on the development team.
• Analyzes product requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Works with the team to create good modular / component-based architecture with clear communication paths.
• Works with the team to establish and meet aggressive project commitments and timeline deliverables

Additional Responsibilities :

Enforces adherence to Crestron’s development and project management processes

Workswith Technology Management teams to define new products and ensure engineering feasibility

Qualifications :

Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($122,500 - $198,500) which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates. Also note, an individual’s offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
