A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Hosting Operations to provide support for application installations, upgrades, and maintenance across hosted environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform application installations, upgrades, and configuration across customer environments
Monitor and manage CI / CD pipelines, troubleshooting deployment failures and maintaining documentation
Provide L2 / L3 technical support for hosted applications, participating in on-call rotations for incident response
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support, hosting operations, or application support roles
Experience deploying and supporting enterprise applications
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, server, and networking layers
Familiarity with Windows / Linux server environments
Understanding of change management and release processes
