A company is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter on a temporary basis, remote.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage relationships throughout the recruiting process
Develop and execute strategic recruiting and sourcing plans tailored to specific client groups
Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, highly qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, focusing on Payor / Provider, Revenue Cycle Management, Value-Based Care, or Healthcare Information Technology
Demonstrated ability to engage executive and leadership-level talent
Expertise in proactive sourcing, data mining, and candidate generation
Prior experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is highly desirable
