Job DescriptionReady to Be More Than an Account Manager Lost in the Branches?
If you’re managing a strong book of business inside a large landscape company but feel buried in layers of structure, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your impact is visible — and your growth is real.
We’re partnering with a fast-growing South Florida landscape maintenance group expanding in the Miami market. They are building something special — and looking for an experienced Account Manager who wants to grow with the company, not just maintain accounts.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Miami — driving client satisfaction, retention, and enhancement growth.
Your focus:
Serve as the primary relationship lead for your accounts
Conduct property walkthroughs and client strategy meetings
Partner with field crews to ensure service excellence
Identify and sell enhancements that elevate properties and margins
Manage budgets, proposals, and account planning
Maintain strong retention through proactive communication
Ensure safety standards are followed across crews
Safely operate a company-provided vehicle for daily site visits
This is a field-forward, relationship-driven, growth-focused role.
Requirements
What You Will Need to Bring
3+ years of landscape maintenance or account management experience
Experience managing a mix of residential and commercial portfolios (mostly commercial is preferred)
Strong client-facing communication skills
Proven ability to upsell enhancements through consultative selling
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Understanding of budgeting, proposals, and account planning
Ability to travel daily throughout the Miami market
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Bonus: Experience with landscape management software, CRM tools, or industry certifications (CLP, etc.).
Compensation & Rewards
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Join a company in growth mode — not stuck in maintenance mode (Losing almost as many clients as they add each year)
Blend operations, relationship management, and sales
Get rewarded for both revenue growth and client retention
Work directly with leadership that values performance and invests in people
If you're ready to step out of the crowd and into a role where your work directly shapes the company’s future and accelerates your career growth — let’s talk.
