As a Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the restaurant during your shift. You’ll lead the team, ensure an excellent guest experience, maintain high operational standards, and coach and develop the people around you.
Our leaders begin by training as Team Members to learn our operation, culture, and standards firsthand. From there, you’ll be trained and developed to take ownership of shifts and lead the restaurant successfully.

Pay: $17–$20 per hour
