Bread Baker – Part-TimeKneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a dependable and motivated Artisan Baker to join our team. This is a hands-on baking role focused on quality hearth breads in a fast-paced production environment.ScheduleSunday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PMMonday & Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PMAdditional hours may be available in the fallPayStarting at $15/hourRaises available after training and based on performanceResponsibilitiesPrepare, shape, proof, and bake hearth breads according to Kneaders recipes and quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow food safety and sanitation guidelinesWork quickly and efficiently while maintaining artisan quality standardsQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAble to stand for entire shiftsAble to lift up to 50 lbsDetail-oriented and eager to learnCommitted for a minimum of 6 monthsWe OfferTraining for the right candidate and opportunities to grow baking skills in an artisan bakery setting.
