This role sits inside our Kansas City office.

You'll collaborate with the legal team — sharing knowledge and expertise — to ensure the highest standard of legal services for every client.

You'll also provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you'll serve a vital role in connecting our Spanish-speaking clients with the representation they deserve. 70+ attorneys firm-wide 200+ support staff 10 markets $11M top verdict WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients Communicate with and maintain positive relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking clients Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared by you and your team Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff in compliance with all laws and regulations WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active Missouri Bar license — required At least one year of civil practice experience — required Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish — required Active Kansas Bar license — preferred Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service Proficient with Microsoft Office programs — Excel, Word, and related tools Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both languages GROWTH & LEADERSHIP Attorneys who want to lead find the opportunity here.
